About Me:
I graduated from CenterPoint Massage and Shiatsu Therapy School and Clinic in April 2015 where I received two years of the most thorough Massage Therapy Education that was available in the United States. I began my career at Massage Envy in Apple Valley, MN. The fast paced environment allowed me to get a lot of a experience on a regular basis. I did branch off and work for a high-end spa in Hastings called Caring Hands Massage and Spa. There I worked with Massage Legends that have been practicing for decades. I learned to refine the techniques I learned in school to be more ergonomical and allow me to continue in this field indefinitely. I returned to working for Massage Envy and I was able to meet the needs of 50+ clients a week. During this time of providing a large amount of Bodywork consistently, it allowed me to understand and recogonize pain patterns, create effective treatment plans for specific musculoskeletal pain, and provide insight as to how the pain began.
